Invest in Lakota Funds

Here is some additional investment information you will need.

1. We accept investments as loans from $5000 on up to $100,000 for periods of three years or more. A number of groups and individuals have chosen to loan funds to us for zero percent interest. Our interest rate average is 2.5%.

2. We do not have a 'prospectus' as such since we are not selling stock but rather taking funds on deposit with a Promissory Note and a Loan Agreement with the lender. We would be glad to provide more information about our programs and budget if you are seriously considering going forward with us.

3. To initiate the process we need to have the following information to use in drawing up the Promissory Note and the Loan Agreement.

Please provide this information via email:

  • Amount you will invest with us: ____ at ___% interest.
  • Length of time you will place the funds (three years or beyond):____ years.
  • Interest payment date preferred: ____ .
  • Interest paid to: ____ .
  • Principal to be paid on: ____ (00/00/0000).
  • Names and addresses we should use for correspondence.

We will send the Promissory Note and Loan Agreement in hard copy with our signatures and places for your signature. You retain a copy and send the signed documents with your check. For more information:
